1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fantastic 5 Mobile Car Wash services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2 Services Description

Fantastic 5 Mobile Car Wash provides mobile car wash and detailing services at locations specified by customers in our service areas. We offer:

• One-time exterior washes and detailing services
• Monthly membership plans with recurring services
• Additional add-on services as specified in pricing

3 Membership Plans

Our 2026 Membership Plans include:

• Basic Maintenance: One exterior wash per month
• Premium Care: One full maintenance service per month
• Executive Plan: Two full maintenance services per month

Membership Terms:

• Monthly billing on the date of signup
• 7-day notice required for cancellation
• No contracts or long-term commitments
• Prices subject to change with 30-day notice

4 Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide access to electricity and water at service location
• Ensure vehicle is accessible and unlocked at scheduled time
• Remove personal items from vehicle before service
• Disclose any existing vehicle damage before service
• Provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation

5 Service Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing vehicle damage or defects
• Damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance
• Weather-related service delays or cancellations
• Acts beyond our reasonable control
• Personal items left in vehicles

6 Payment Terms

Payment is required at time of service or through monthly membership billing. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Cash (in-person only)

Late payments may result in service suspension. There is a $25 fee for returned payments.

7 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: 24-hour notice required to avoid cancellation fee. Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable once service has begun. Membership fees are prorated based on unused services.

Weather Cancellations: No fee for weather-related cancellations. We will reschedule at no charge.

8 Liability Limitation

Fantastic 5 Mobile Car Wash liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is $500.

9 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation in San Diego County, California. California law governs these terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

11 Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email.
